Main structure:
1. Wire part: Wire table length 9m, frame welded by Q235 steel plate, and surface coated by stainless steel.
Forming section adopt wire shaking pulp distributing,spring plate is 304 s.s material,cantilever type wire-changing device open-type flow box with double evener rolls. Inwall is mirror polished,cotton swab to wipe not hang silk,upper lip is equiped with micro-adjustment device,dial inicator shows the quantity
This part includes forming board, drainage foils, vaccum suction boxs which face board is wear-resistance ceramic,with equilibrium tension device
2.Dryer part: Φ2500mm×2250mm×2600mm alloy dryer can 2 sets. The first one with double touch roll,to improve the paper density and glossiness, the second one with counter pressure device.
Φ1500mm×2250mm×2600mm alloy dryer can 6sets , equiped with cleaning scraper 6sets,dry felt device, pneumatic pressure.
3.Calendering part:equipped with 1800mm type 2 rolls calender
4.Winding part: equipped with 1800mm type horizontal pneumatic winding machine 1 set. The winding drum is Φ1100mm×2250mm×2600mm.
5. Rewinding part: equipped with 1800mm frame type upper feeding rewinding machine 1 set.
