II. Main structure
1. Wire section
Triple wire design, bottom wire table length 18.5m, middle layer wire table length 13.5m, top layer wire table length 7m, frame welded by Q235 steel plate and cladded by stainless steel. Open type head box 3 sets, stainless steel made. Φ600mm×3200mm×3700mm chest roll 3 sets, covered in rubber, rubber shore hardness 97ºC±2. Φ600mm×3200mm×3700mm return roll 1 set, covered in rubber, rubber shore hardness 97ºC±2. Φ800mm×3000mm×3700mm vacuum couch roll 1 set. This section includes full sets of dewatering units, wire guiding and adjusting device, cantilever type wire-changing device, automatic power cutting off when felt running incorrect, water spray between head box and chest roll, spare pump in paper scrape break pool.
2. Press section
1st press section:
Φ700mm×3150mm×3700mm bottom groove press roll 1 set, covered in rubber, rubber shore hardness 96ºC±2, Φ750mm×3150mm×3700mm middle vacuum press roll 1 set, covered in rubber, rubber shore hardness 96ºC±2, Φ800mm×3150mm×3700mm top natural marble press roll 1 set
2nd press section:
Φ1350mm×3050mm×3700mm bland hole jumbo press roll 1 set, covered in rubber, rubber shore hardness 96ºC±2, Φ1350mm×3050mm×3700mm jumbo press roll 1 set, covered in rubber, rubber shore hardness 100ºC±2
3. 1st dryer section
Φ1800mm×3000mm×3700mm alloy dryer 20 sets, scraper blade 20 sets, equipped with electronic tensioner, pneumatic adjuster, walking table, hand rail, semi-close dryer hood 1 group
4. Sizing section
2640 sizing machine 1 set, Φ750mm×3000mm×3700mm size roll 2 set, with pneumatic pressure loading device, sizing agent preparation system. Adjustable sizing machine.
5. 2nd dryer section
Φ1800mm×3000mm×3700mm alloy dryer 10 sets, scraper blade 10 sets, equipped with electronic tensioner, pneumatic adjuster, walking table, hand rail, semi-close dryer hood 1 group, the first dryer cylinder is cold dryer cylinder.
6. Calender section

7. Winding section
