The Main Structure

1. Wire section:
Single wire design, wire table length 12.5m, frame welded by #45 steel, and covered by stainless steel board. 1 set of open-type stainless steel flow box with double evener rolls. This part includes forming board, vacuum suction boxes, wire adjusting device, cantilever type wire-changing device
 
2.Press part:
Φ850mm×2950mmx3400mm natural marble roll 1 pcs, Φ800mm×2950mmx3400mm rubber roll 1 pcs, rubber shore hardness 92ºC±2, pneumatic pressure device.
 
3.Dryer part:
Φ1500mm×2950mm×3400mm alloy dryer can 12 sets. equiped with cleaning scraper 12 sets,dry felt device, pneumatic pressure.

4. Sizing part:
