Main equipment structure:
1.Fourdrinier section: 8500mm×2000mm fourdrinier cloth,net pattern is weld by steel,the surface be covered stainless steel.Φ600 roller with Sn one set .Suction box is welded by HMWHDPE, be sucked on the surface(6 sets).
2.Press section: Φ,550×2300mm×2900mm natural marble roll 1 set,Φ500mm×2300mm ×2900mm rubber roll 1 set, rubber hardness HSD 92ºC±2. pneumatic pressure device.
