(I). Paper making process
Double wire part→Press part→20 pcs of Φ1500 dryer cylinders→Sizing press→10 pcs of Φ1500 dryer cylinders→Calendering part→Reeling part→Rewinding part
(II). The main features of each part
Double wire part
2 sets of open type head box,include bottom wire table and upper wire table.
Press part
Arrangement: 1st pre-press(upper roller is natural marble roll,bottom roller is rubber press roll)→2nd and 3rd glazing press(upper roller is natural marble roll and bottom roller is rubber press roll)
Dryer part
30 sets of dryer cylinders ,equipped with 30 sets of scraper blade. Arrangement: 20pcs of Φ1500 dryer cylinders + Sizing press + 10pcs of Φ1500 dryer cylinders.
Sizing part
Equipped with 1 set of inclined type sizing machine
Calendering part
Equipped with 1 set of 3200mm type 2rolls calender machine.
Reeling part
1 set of horizontal pneumatic pope reeler
