                                          High speed and automatic maxi roll toilet paper cutting machine 


Function: It is designed to cut long rewinded maxi-roll toilet paper rolls to shorter paper rolls automatically. 

Technical performance characteristics:
1. The main motor is independently driven by a frequency converter;
2. Adopting adjustable molds, with a diameter adjustment range of 150-300mm per unit (can be customized according to customer requirements);
3. The equipment adopts an automatic sharpening system, the grinding wheel automatically feeds and adjusts according to the blade loss;
4. The sharpening angle, grinding degree, and grinding wheel speed are all controlled through screens and buttons, reducing the technical requirements of workers for sharpening adjustment;
5. The sharpening system is equipped with an independent dust removal device to ensure a hygienic working environment;
6. The band saw adopts a hydraulic tensioning system to ensure the tensioning force of the band saw;
7. Automatic shutdown alarm for broken blades to ensure safe use;
