Function:  

The High Performance Semi Automatic Toilet Tissue Paper and Kitchen Towel Rewinding and Perforating Making Machine with Embossing is used for rewinding, perforating, and embossing the jumbo roll to different ply and diameter toilet paper roll( long length), then cut to different length by toiilet paper cutter. It is equipped with PLC conrol and pneumatic control system, automatic lifting device, finished paper roll push out device, automacit flying cutting knife and sealing edge device, edge finishing device.

The machine is to perforate and cut the raw paper into various sizes according to the requested. The finished product is neat, in good order and with equality tension. It has the feature of compact structure, easy and stable operation, less electricity consumption .This model is the ideal equipment for paper making factory and paper processing factory.

   Main Structure:
1 .Cylinder mold part 
one set of stainless steel cylinder molde(1500mm×2300mm×2800mm),  one set of couch roll (450mm×2300mm×2800mm ) which is coated by rubber,  one set of stainless steel cylinder vat.
2. Dryer part:
one set of alloy dryer cylinder(2500mm×2300mm×2800mm) , one set of touch roll(550mm×2300mm×2800mm) which is coated by rubber, pneumatic pressure device,  and the dryer cylinder is also equipped with  2 sets of scraper knife and one set of  double-layer dryer hood. 
3. Winding part:
