Technical requirement

1. Base paper:
 

Base paper size:	Dia.≤ 1200mm, diameter * width: φ 1200 * 690mm
Raw paper material:	38-42g/m^2, single-layer strong wood pulp paper (good air permeability is required)
Base paper core diameter:	76mm

2. Paper delivery part:

(1) One layer of paper delivery rack, flat belt paper delivery, pneumatic cylinder control;
(2) Stepless transmission, which can control the tension adjustment;
(3) Pneumatic base paper loading device;
(4) The base paper adjusted manually left and right ;

3. Embossing part:
