1. Brief Introduction 
 Fiber separator is used to separate the heavy and light impurity from waste paper pulp, and broken the fiber secondary which come from the hydrapulper. With the help of the secondary broken of 
the pulper, the hole of screen plate on the hydrapulper can be bigger, and improve the work ability.

Single effect fiber separator machine is a combination of one sealed horizontal hydrapulper and a
 light & heavy impurity remover. It adopts drum and turbo structure so has higher efficiency. With compact structure, high efficiency, it has functions such as pulp beating, impurity removing, 
coarse screening, and etc., thus simplifies the process of dealing with wasted paper greatly, and 
reduces the energy consumption.
 
2. Design Features
Three fundamental functions: secondary defibering, separating light impurities, removing heavy
 and coarse impurities.With the defibering in the pulping process, its possible to use the poor waste paper and reduce the pretreatment of the raw material. Its possible to increase the production of 
existing hydrapulper, reduce the specific energy consumption by about 10~20%.Its possible to 
obtain high quality stock,reduce fiber loss and increase screening efficiency.
