(I). Paper making process
Triple wire part→Press part→38 pcs of Φ1800 dryer cylinders→Sizing press→14 pcs of Φ1800 dryer cylinders→Calendering part→Reeling part→Rewinding part

Triple wire part
3 sets of air cushion type head box,include bottom wire table, middle wire table and upper wire table.
Press part
Arrangement: 1st Vacuum pre-press(upper roller is rubber roll,bottom roller is vacuum press roll)→2nd and 3rd Jumbo press(upper roller and bottom roller are blind drilled press roll)
Dryer part
52 sets of dryer cylinders ,equipped with 52 sets of scraper blade. Arrangement: 38pcs of Φ1800 dryer cylinders + Sizing press + 14pcs of Φ1800 dryer cylinders.
Sizing part
Equipped with 1 set of inclined type sizing machine
Calendering part
Equipped with 1 set of 5100mm type 2 rolls calender machine.
Reeling part
