1,FORMING PART
1.1,Head box:

Description: The headbox configured for this machine is a crescent-shaped forming headbox that is at the international advanced level in the industry. The headbox is composed of a pulp distributor, a main box body and a rectifier tube device, a box adjusting device, a lower lip plate, an upper lip plate, an upper lip straightness adjusting device, an upper lip opening adjusting device and a side wall plate.
The headbox is made of stainless steel (except for bearings, worm gears and worm gear boxes). The slurry main pipe, the rectifier bundle, and the upper and lower lip contact slurry parts are made of 316L material, and the rest are made of 304 stainless steel.
All the slurry surfaces of the headbox are strictly polished.
The slurry is a three-sided converging (one curved, two straight) conical tube grout with a square cross section and has a reflow. The cross section of the slurry is designed in strict accordance with the requirements of fluid mechanics to ensure equal pressure at the inlet of each slurry branch pipe distributed in the lateral direction. Pneumatically open the slurry manifold when cleaning the headbox.
The main box body is a square box type structure, and a rectifier tube bundle is installed in the middle hole. The rectifier bundle is a secondary stepped tube, and the second stage is a circular reducer.
The box body is provided with a rotation adjusting device, and the upper and lower positions of the lip of the headbox can be adjusted to change the pulp feeding position on the forming wire. The adjustment device consists of a set of worm gear screws with two worm gear boxes. The worm gear of the worm gear box is made of bronze material and the rest is made of 304 stainless steel. handwheel adjustment manually.
The lower lip is made of stainless steel plate, and the contact slurry is made of 316L and the rest is 304. The lower lip has a triangular cross section and is mounted on the main housing.
The upper lip device is composed of an upper lip plate, an upper lip plate adjusting mechanism and an upper lip straightness adjusting device. The upper lip is connected to the hinge seat by a semi-reinforcing shaft, and the hinge seat is mounted on the box by bolts. The upper lip adjustment structure is similar to the box adjustment mechanism, and is composed of two sets of worm gear screw mechanisms, and the opening degree of the lips of the headbox is manually adjusted.
The upper lip straightness adjustment mechanism is provided at the lip of the upper lip. The upper lip straightness adjustment mechanism is a row of adjustment screws, and the rotary screw moves up and down to adjust the edge of the upper lip parallel to the lower lip.
The side wall panel is an end face baffle of the upper and lower lip plates, one on each side, and the upper and lower lip plates form a pulp flow channel. The side wall panels are made of 304 stainless steel and sealed with rubber gaskets between the upper and lower lip plates.
