Brief Introduction:

1.  Pulping system
1.1. Put raw material into the hydra-pulper to break and mix, then transport the broken pulp to the pulp supply tank for storage and mixing.
1.2. After being transported to the pulp mixing tank and mixed to the desired concentration of pulp, the pulp is supplied to the molding machine (forming machine) by the pulp pump.

2.  Molding system (Forming system)
2.1 The molding machine adsorbs the pulp from the molding machine hopper onto the forming machine mold by vacuum system, and absorbs excess water into the circulation pool for storage.
2.2. After the pulp is adsorbed by the molding machine, it is molded, then the finished product is taken out by the molding machine robot and sent to the drying conveyor belt (kiln drying) or manually received (sunshine drying).

3.  Drying device
(Because it's sunshine drying, customer provides the drying rack and transfer boards by himself)
