Low Consistency Cleaner

 

The low-consistency cleaner is mainly used in the process of removing fine impurities from waste paper pulp. In order to remove this part of fine impurities, domestic and foreign paper mills or pulp mills use low-consistency slag cleaner systems. Various impurities in waste paper pulp need to be treated by various pressure screens such as medium-concentration, low-concentration slag remover, external flow, internal flow, corrugated type, etc. Various impurities in waste paper pulp still contain small impurities with density close to fiber , such as fine sand, lime powder, foam, oil wax, rubber, etc. If it does not come out, when the high-speed paper machine produces various high-grade boxboard or low-weight cardboard, these small impurities will form black spots and wet spots on the paper, which will affect the surface cleanliness, crush resistance, folding resistance and smoothness of the paper.
