II. Main structure with spec
1.Wire part
Closed type head box is made of stainless steel, with double evener roll.The length of fourdrinier table is 10.5 m, the frame is profile steel, covered with stainless steel. The panel of dewatering segment is made of ceramic.
2.Dryer part
1 pc of Ф3660mm×2300mm×2900mm alloy dryer cylinder, 1 pc of Ф850mm×2300mm×2900mm vacuum touch roll, coated rubber shore hardness 96ºC±2. With pneumatic pressure device. With 2 sets of pneumatic doctor blades.
3. Winding part
1 set horizontal pneumatic winding machine,Ф900mm×2300mm×2900mm winding drum.
