The main equipment structure
1) Fourdrinier Wire
Bottom wire table length 20m, top wire table length 10m, frame welded by #45 steel plate, with 2 sets of open-type stainless steel head box, with double evener rolls.
2) Press part
4 pieces of blind press roll 1100mm×3750mm×4300mm, with pneumatic pressure device.
3) Dryer part & sizing part
22 pcs of 1800mm×3750mm×4300mm alloy dryer cylinder, with 22pcs of scraper blade.
1 set of sizing machine with cylinder 850mm×3750mm×4300mm. Dryer cylinders arrayed in the order of 14+sizing machine +8.
4) Winding part
1 set of horizontal pneumatic winding machine, winding drum 1100mm×3750mm×4300.
5) Rewinding part
1 set of frame type rewinding machine
